Qualify for K9 Simulator First Aid Training
This FREE course contains two parts: classroom learning and practical applications. In order to receive a certificate of completion, you must participate in both portions of the class. You will learn basic first aid and some intermediate skills for triaging your dog in the field. This course does use a realistic canine simulator with active bleeding, broken limbs, and life-like movement and noises.
We’re currently in the process of launching our newest program with one simulator and adding four more soon for better nationwide coverage. At this time, we are gathering information from interested teams whose dogs have received a vest from Vested Interest in K9s for scheduling future classes. K9 must be a vest recipient from VIK9s. Priority for classes will be given to Law Enforcement teams.
